About DHS Technologies

C.A.M.P. parent company DHS Technologies began in 1984 under the name Deployable Hospital Systems (DHS Systems) in response to a request by a client to build quickly deployable, lightweight field hospitals. By 1993, sales had exceeded $1 Million and the company has grown ever since.

In 2004, global private equity firm the Carlyle Group became a major investor in the company under the name DHS Technologies. In 2004, DHS Technologies purchased Ridge Manufacturing, now known as SouthEast Industries to expand its manufacturing facilities. In 2005, the company purchased Reeves Manufacturing, now known as Reeves EMS, to expand its sales to the homeland security market. MilSys (UK), Ltd., the UK/NATO arm of DHS Technologies, was established in 2004.

C.A.M.P. Technologies was established in 2002 in response to requests by DHS Systems' military customers to create a mobile, rugged, all-terrain camping system that provides all of the amenities of a traditional recreational vehicle, without its limitations.

The company currently grosses more than $150 million a year, and employs the expertise of over 400 employees worldwide.
