A. Jon Prusmack, President & CEO, DHS Technologies LLC
A. Jon Prusmack is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of DHS Technologies LLC.
Mr. Prusmack is a graduate of New York University with a BA in Mathematics and Art. He has also earned an MBA from the Bernard Baruch Graduate School of Business and an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from Polytechnic University in New York. Mr. Prusmack serves on various boards including the Aerospace and Defense Alliance, Rockland County Economic Development Corporation, and is on the Board of Trustees for Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY.
Mr. Prusmack has devoted the last ten years to extending the reach of DRASH technology from the Defense Industry into Homeland Security and the recreational markets. Mr. Prusmack holds multiple patents on the DRASH shelters, trailers and other DHS Technologies products.
Patti Prusmack, Chief Administrative Officer, DHS Technologies LLC
Patti Prusmack is the Chief Administrative Officer and co-founder of DHS Technologies LLC.
Ms. Prusmack began her career as an artist and illustrator, doing creative work for numerous New York City-based companies, including Sparkman & Stevens, Inc. and Colonial Penn, to name a few. Ms. Prusmack has also held various upper management positions within Manhattan.
In addition to her work with DHS, Ms. Prusmack serves on the Board of Directors of The Rockland Business Association, is a benefactor to Dominican College and lends support to causes in her community including Nyack Hospital, People-to-People, the American Cancer Society and Jawonio. Most recently, in May 2007, Ms. Prusmack was the recipient of the prestigious New York State Women of Distinction award.
Samuel R. Marrone, Chief Operating Officer, DHS Technologies LLC
Sam Marrone is the Chief Operating Officer of DHS Technologies LLC, bringing a distinguished career of more than 31 years in the financial services industry to the company.
Prior to joining DHS Technologies, Mr. Marrone served in an executive management capacity at financial services companies including Kidder Peabody; Barclays Bank and ABN AMRO Incorporated.
Mr. Marrone started his career at Electronic Data Systems after serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland, and is a member of the Board of Governors for the Fairfield College Preparatory School and a member of the Council for Annual Giving for the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation.
Irv Cohen, Chief Financial Officer, DHS Technologies LLC
Irv Cohen, the chief financial officer of DHS Technologies LLC, brings years of senior management experience to the company.
Prior to joining DHS, Mr. Cohen served as the President of J.P. Morgan Treasury Technologies Corporation; Managing Director of ABN Amro, Inc.; CEO and CFO of Barclays, North America; and as CFO and COO for Lehman Brothers Fixed Income business.
Mr. Cohen received his MBA from Pace University and a post-graduate degree in finance from New York University. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and recipient of the organization's Award of Honor. He is also a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants and the Association for Financial Professionals.
