A recent winner of the 2007 Thermoforming Division Conference "Best Twin Sheet Category Award" for best twin sheet construction, this adventure travel trailer is comprised of 11 twin sheet molds that form the body panels for the Camper.

Twin sheeting is the process of heating two sheets of plastic and then molding and sealing the sheets of plastic together during the forming process. The flexibility of the process allows the manufacturer to use different molds for the top and bottom sheets. In the case of the RTV Camper, the back sheet provides the structural integrity, while the front sheet gives it its sleek design and appearance. Additionally, all of the Camper's panels are completely recyclable, making as little impact on the environment as possible.

The C.A.M.P. RTV Shelter design is based on the Deployable Rapid Assembly Shelter, or DRASH system that has been used extensively by the military as tactical operations centers, medical facilities, aircraft maintenance facilities and forward operating bases for more than 20 years.

This means that the shelter, not only can be set up or taken down within ten minutes, but it is also durable enough to withstand wind, rain, snow, high winds and excessive temperatures.

The shelter's pre-attached, double layer cover insulates the shelter during temperatures ranging from -50 degress Fahrenheit to +131 degrees Fahrenheit. It is also fire retardant and resistant to mildew, water and ultra violet rays.

Its frame is manufactured from Titanite, a patented aerospace composite material that has 270 percent more flex strength than aluminum for the same diameter and cross sectional areas. This means that under extreme pressure it may bend but not break, keeping your structure intact.

The kitchen stove, also made from stainless steel, comes with a propane tank and manifold valve just in case you want to use the grill too.  A DC powered refrigerator, two fold out work stations, kitchen cabinetry and lighting compliment the entire outfit.

The Camper also comes with electrical outlets, a 3.6 kW gas-powered generator, a grill mounting adaptor and plenty of storage space, so you can have everything you need to discover the wilderness in comfort.
